2015 Selección Especial

Varietal Composition:   100% Verdejo

Description:  “Selección Especial” means selection at three levels: Selection at the vineyard: every year our winemaker considers age of vine, type of soil and the development of the grapes within the year. Selection of the grape juice: the grape juice considered to be of highest quality is obtained by applying soft pressure at the press. Only a blend of gravity-released, free- run juice and low pressure first press grape juice is used. Selection of the wine: a final tasting is carried out by the winemaker directly from the tanks during and after fermentation in order to make the final selection. Medium intense golden-yellow with subtle green hues. Big on the nose with intense aromas of the Verdejo variety; hay and ripened tropical fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, silky, big, consistent, round and balanced. Easy to drink. The perfect for pairing with seafood or salads.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

2015 eCo

Appellation:   Rueda, Spain

Varietal Composition:   100% Verdejo

Alcohol %:   12.5%

Description: From a single 1.6 ha organically farmed vineyard. Five hours maceration, cool fermentation at 14°C for 18 days and stirred with lees for three months in stainless steel.  Refreshing with hints of citrus fruit, apple and minerality. It provides the bright acidity of Verdejo on the palate. Pairs extremely well with light appetizers, tapas or simply on its own.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

2015 Sauvignon Blanc

Varietal Composition:   100% Sauvignon Blanc

Alcohol %:   13%

Description:   Harvested the second week of September in our Valverde estate vineyards. Fermentation controlled at a low temperature. The wine is filtered and color stabilised. Brillant, pale straw-yellow color. Very intense on the nose with pleasant aromas of mango, pineapple, guava and passion fruit. It is a smooth persistent, well balanced wine with retro-nasal aromas. Especially recommended for aperitifs and seafood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Añ Espumoso Brut Nature

Appellation:   Rueda, Spain

Varietal Composition:   100% Verdejo

Alcohol %:   12.5%

Description:  Traditional method. Craft disgorging after nine months. Cool fermentation at 14°C for 18 days, second fermentation in the bottle for nine months, zero sugar dosage.  Pale lemon appearance with green glints. Abundant and fine bubbles with a pure crown. Complex and fruity on the nose with lees and almond aromas. Outstanding balance and delicate on the palate. Easy to drink with a round, fresh and persistent finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

2014 Fermentado en Barrica

Appellation:   Rueda, Spain

Description:   The fermentation of the must begins in new barrels of French and American oak. The lees are periodically stirred, which gives the wine its richness in the mouth.
